Home    FAQ'S     FAQ'S Frequently Asked Questions Do you send samples? Is the price per yard or all yards listed? Whats the catch? Your prices seem to good to be true. Do I need an account to place an order? Do you have more yards available than what is listed? Two fabrics look the same but are described a little different, are they the same? If I order multiple pieces of the same fabric will the dye lots be the same? How much is shipping? How long will it take to get my order? What methods of payment do you accept? How do I contact you?   Do you send samples?     We do not send samples on pre-cut fabrics. Many of our fabrics are one of a kind pre-cut pieces.  Cutting samples would reduce the yardage available and the fabric could be sold before the sample is delivered.  Samples are available on fabric that is sold by the yard.  Our image experts have over 7 years photographing fabric with the latest professional equipment. Many of our fabrics are priced for the entire yardage listed.  Example: All 10 yards for $59.98 not $59.98 per yard.  We do have a large selection of fabric that is sold by the yard.  The price and yards available will be listed. Return to FAQ list.    What's the catch? You prices seem too good to be true. There is no catch.  We specialize in buying large lots, store liquidations, remnants, closeouts, and overruns.  Because of these buying methods, we are able to sell many items below wholesale cost, a 50%-90% savings from normal retail prices. Our fabrics are inspected by trained experts to insure top quality.  The deal is real! No.  You may create an account to review orders later and to save your personal information like you name and address to make your future order eaiser.  Return to FAQ list. Do you have more yards available than what is listed? Many times we do. Use the search box or the advanced search located at the top-center of each page to help find additional pieces.  Use words in the description we use, examples:  "Kaufmann Queensland",  "red chenille upholstery",  "brown tropical outdoor" ect.  You can narrow you search by selecting the category to search in. If the fabrics are the same in the picture then they are the same fabric. Each fabric is listed on our web site one by one.  Every fabric listed has its own picture with its own description.  One highly experienced person, Liz, writes the description for every fabric we have. We add hundreds of new fabrics each week and may get duplicate fabrics weeks apart.  Sometimes the description of colors and patterns are a little different.  We do the best to describe each fabric accurately and use the highest quality images available.  Dye lots can vary especially in printed fabrics.  If two or more pieces of the same pattern and color are purchased at the same time we will compare the fabrics before shipping to make sure the fabrics are a match.  We will contact you before shipping if there is a problem.   Return to FAQ list.     If I order multiple pieces of the same fabric will the dye lots be the same? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.  You can place your order online thru our secure server or call us at 1-877-722-4878 Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm CST to place your order via telephone.  We do not accept checks or money orders at this time. Return to FAQ list.     What is your return policy?  Any fabric can be returned for a full refund less shipping within 14 days of receipt of fabric.  No returns on fabrics discounted 50% or more. Return authorization Not Required.  Fabric must be in  new, uncut condition and kept in a smoke free environment. A refund will be issued after fabric is received and inspected.  Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. Return shipping must be pre-paid and will not be refunded. Please note return shipping will be higher than the special rate of $4.99 we charge. Expect to pay $10.00 or more per package for return shipping.
